Oath-exacting
Judges are Suborners
All the power and evidence zeal of these Judges is exhaustive employed
in the endeavour to committ subornation of perjury: to force men into perjury — in a word/other words in
the commission of this crime, for which
they are at all times ready to inflict severe punishment on
other men. Say you believe in God and so doing take the oath
you will suffer nothing, whether what you say is true or nor
be what you say true or false although what you say is false say you refuse to say
"say you do not believe in" God, or refuse to f in being
called upon forbear to do so, your testimony will be rejected
you will be held up to view as utterly unworthy of all
, as being in a of impunity, ready
at all times to committ the criminal offences in every
shape, and to punish you for refusing them to defile to defile
yourself yourself with the mendacity with the we are thus striving to force you, with we will out which <add> the commissioner
give to every crime of which you alone have been
witness.

have so ever be regard himself as being sure
of being a gainer. What ground can he have for giving to<lb?> the assertion of such a Judge so high a degree of credit as
he <?del> would give to the assertion of a man who had been
s sentenced to transportation for perjury by that same Judge?
The convict has once in his life committed perjury: the Judge
is every day of his life ready to suborn it? Compared with the
mischief
wickedness of the Judge,
was not that of the
convict stretch into<lb?> "Come
"forth" Lord of !
"come forth" Lord Tenterden
"Come forth" Mr Justice Barking! "Come forth" Mr Justice Push! Make answer to these questions, and if you are able save your character or for ever give as in a
