Power of making
Exchanges
public and of individuals ne it further enacted
that [+] it shall and may be lawful to and
for such Feoffee or Feoffees [+] to convey and or [+] upon special
warrant o authority
to him or in writing
to him or their given
by the said Lord High
Treasurer or Commissioners
to such Feoffee
or Feoffees
public and of individuals be it further enacted
that [+] it shall and may be lawful to and
for such Feoffee or Feoffees [+] to convey andor Assign
assure any part or parts of any such land
as shall by him or them have been purchased
for the purposes of this and the said former Act, whether the such land save
to were in separate ownership or in the state of
Waste and Common Land, to any party orparty or
parties former who on his or their part shall be
willing and able hereby enabled<add>or by the</add>or by the said former Act enabled to convey and Assign any other land
convenient for the said purposes, and whether such
last mentioned land be subject to the powers of other land were capable of being purchased
compulsive purchase under the compulsive powers given given as aforesaid by the said
former Act or not: And to the making of
such conveyance all personsparties lying under disability
and all persons Trustees are hereby impowered to notwithstanding such disability
