And be it further enacted that the several Treble Costs
General Issue

provisions in the said Act touuching the allowance for the ing of
treble Costs and allowing the pleading of the general Office
to be pleaded and the limitation of the time
within which Action must commence in the case of within actions may be brought for
things done in the pursuance of the said Act
shall extend to actions for things done in
pursuance of the present Act.

of treble Costs, in the case of actions
brought for things done in pursuance of
the said Act, shall extend to actions for

Act.
