ascertained by to be due (payment having like- found to be due by the Verdict of such
Jury wise been made for the value of
all other rights and interests in and concerning the premises
according to the directions of the said Act) it
shall be lawful for such Feoffee or Feoffees,
his or their Workmen or and Agents, to enter upon
and take possession of such land for the uses
and purposes of this and the said Act, with as full effect as if
possession thereof had been delivered to the said
Feoffee or Feoffees in due course of law: such which
notice shall be in writing, and notice having been g may be given either personally
to any Proprietor or Owner or to any Lord of the Manor
as aforesaid, or his known Bailiff or Receiver in respect
of the premises, or fixed upon the
land or intended premises, in a conspicuous
manner upon some conspicuous part of the
premises as also upon a principal door
of the Parish Church or Chapel, if any such there be of the Parish
or Parish-like Place within which the premises
for are situated; and thereupon all such persons
and parties respectively as aforesaid, Owners, Occupiers
and Tenants respectively shall be divested of all
right and title possession and claim of in or to the
said land so entered upon, and every part thereof.
