Murder

Murder is where without having received or supposing himself to have received any recent provocation, a person
[intending] endeavouring</add. to kill or maim or irreversibly
to disable in any of his organs or members
or as for another person whom he had no right
so to treat, kills that person or another.

Servants to yield
to Gentlemen.

A Servant ought to yield the same submission <add> behave with the same humility and deference
to every gentleman as to his own master, in every thing
that is not incompatible with his duty to his master.

Let it be the first object to make compensation
to the party injured as far as the circumstances
of the offender will admitt.
