INTROD. Laws Accumulatory — Augmentative

As some acts may be regarded as mischievous
as being productive of an evil, so may others
as being preventive of a good — The first sort
diminish the stark fund of [valuables] in possession
or in issue as the phrase is the other, those in expectancy — or in hope Whenever therefore
any a plan is adopted by the Legislator, in the
view of procuring an augmentation of the
common national fund of instruments of enjoyment + + or defence
and article things acts are enjoined in pursuance
in the view to
the furtherance of
that plan
of that plan which Acts are omitted by him
to whom they are enjoined, or other acts are
prohibited, which latter acts are performed by him,
such injunct omission or such performance may be
consider'd as acts accessory to the diminution
of the fund in question: from thence it is they derive
a certain degree of mischievousness;
& from thence alone.
