Bond

The Now therefore, the Condition of this obligation is such
that if the said above bounden Jeremy Bentham
or his Assigns as aforesaid upon order
by the said Court upon them respectively made
to surrender them into the hands of our said
Lord the King their respective Offices then owed
bodies being made upon proof duly exhibited as
aforesaid of misbehaviour
as aforesaid do thereupon respectively surrender into the hands
of our said Lord the King their said respective offices
that according to the Order of the said Court,
that then and in such case this obligation shall
be void, but shall otherwise continue of full
force and effect.
