V> Decision Execution. 1. The decision of the Court agreed to, the party in whose favour it is given, has full power to proceed to the execution of it. 2. Parties failing to execute the decision of the Court for a Year & 6 months, lose the benefit of it.

VI. Interior Police

1. Power to the Court to committ persons behaving disorderly in their presence.

VII. Expences.

1. Certain members of the Court [^/act] gratis - others are paid by the King. 2. The plff paus all expenses upon the commencement of a Suit, & it is afterwards [^/decided] wher it is to be reimbursed to him. 3. No Reconciliation effect nothing is paid.

VIII. Controle

1. The Court transmits to the [i/Chancellrie du Roi] every year a list of the causes that have come under their cognizance, & in what way they have been disposed of.

2. In three years since the establishment of these Courts, the causes coming before the ordinary tribunals have been diminished 15865 out of 25521 3. Causes compromised by the Reconciliatn Courts in .... 4. No disatisfaction has even been expresseda t the arrangements made by the Reconciliation Courts
