The claim of Ann Rush of Millbank Westminster for the Damages
she will sustain in pursuance of a Notice to quit the profession of her house and
Premises situate on Millbank aforesaid given to her by Jeremy Bentham Esqr
Dated 6th March 1800. —
The said Ann Rush has occupied a small House on Millbank
aforesaid of upwards of nine years which she furnishes and lets
out in Lodgings for the support and maintenance of herself and
family and by being deprived of this situation she will be under
the necessity of disposing of all her goods to her great Disadvantage
her husband being in his Majestys Service on Board the Bellerophon
where he has continued for these 7 Years without ever remitting
or permitting her to receive one single shilling to assist in supporting
herself and family and her only dependance is that of her industry
as a Servant and letting of Lodging as aforesaid and therefore
she claims for satisfaction for damages.
