And be it further enacted that it
shall and may be lawful for the said
Commissioners or any of them or any
Person or Persons being an officer or officers
of the said Commissioners at all times to
enter into any Dwelling House or cellar
kept by any victualler or victuallers or
other Person or Persons having a licence
or licences to sell Beer Ale or Spirituous
Liquors and to apprehend and take into 
Custody all and every Person or & Persons
who shall be found therein tipling gaming
 at unreasonable hours X This is 
too vague

and to make 
this and the following provisions 
connected with 
it just, it wd

previous regulations.

or Lodgers Inmate or Inmates in the said
House or Cellar) and to carry and convey
all & every such Person or Persons so apprehended
and taken into Custody as aforesaid in the
night time to some Parish watchhouse there
to be detained until the next morning and
him her or them so found as aforesaid to
carry before any one or more Justices of the
 Peace to be dealt with as the Law directs in
the case of idle and disorderly Persons.
