Radicalism not dangerous — Despotism dangerous
(2)

I feel my life to be altogether at the disposal of those the
persons that At the same time I regard it as not altogether improbable
that in the course of my receiving meeting my death at their hands, my lot fate
might be retaliation upon these authors: and I look upon the security
afforded by the correspondent on their parts as far preferable
to that state of religion that warms their bosoms
☞ Give for reason, abuses of appeal for murder, with no equivalence, in
conjunction with power of pardon and nole prosequi

upon the evil
Whips

Waving therefore all consideration of the individual, my
consideration confines itself exclusively to the species. Looking
therefore for an example and to James the his Majesty's predecessor
second and for a precedent to the conduct of that unquestionably
poor religious Monarch also by my conclusion
can be no other than above.

Looking to the Statute in that case made and
provided, I see moreover that by Act of Parliament
his said late Majesty was not less gracious than religious.
Looking onwards downwards to his Majesty that now is
I behold him endowed in exactly that same proportion
rendered with those same rogue virtues. and by that same authority I understand
therefore that according to the interpretation of that same
Church by religion and the in and by the attribution
of religiousness and graciousness are included the disposition
and to stand by and give direction which those who if
they are not ought to be his loving subjects are undergoing
.

[+]
and as not on
day by day
by these his poor Church
of Englanders subjects
who day by day were
witnesses of his Majesty's
most religious and
gracious exertions for
its declaration of that
most Holy Church

☞ Proceed to speak of his asking and advise special advice of Liverpool
(given what can be stated as has greater?) Castlereagh also
cannot — Sidmouth who provided an
prison, Canning who said so and so in his speech:
the Orange man in his unofficial advice his advice of
. the people charged by Mr Close
to remove commentators with the Treasure House.
