Expence how to be defrayd-

Sect.18 Expenceswhich are of the Commissioners to be defrayd out of the
purchase money for Lot A.2. Expence of the
Commissioers - 2. Expence of taking surveys.- 3. Expences
of making Roads Drains and Fences, in and upon
Lot C; and all other expences relative to Lot C in particular,
except those relative to the Building Ting up &
Fencing the new Poor House. The Expence particular to
Lots A & B to be defrayd — Money to be received in the Bank for
these purposes, and drawn for by the Commissioners, by draught
countersigned by the Feoffees. — Expences particular to
Lot B to be (the Cricket Ground) to be borne<add>defrayed</add>by the Feoffee, as well as those particular to Lot A.
