Facilitation and dissemination — by one or other of
these words may be designated every operation by which
diffusion of the matter in question can be effected made: facilitation
has place in proportion as the quantity of time or
labour or time expended in the acquisition of the quantity
of information in question by the individual in question — or say by
individuals separately considered receives encrease; experiences decrease, dissemination
in proportion as the number of the individuals in whose
instance this saving has place receives encrease.
