Fothill Fields Inclosure Bill
8.18. Expences how defrayed. And be it further Enacted and Declared
that the Expences of the said Commissioners or Arbitrators and the
Expence of taking Surveys and making Roads Drains and Fences
in and upon the said Lot C and all other expences relative to the said Lot C (except the Expences of building and
Fencing the said intend new Poor House with the Appurtenances
as hereinbefore mentioned) shall be defrayed out of the Money to be paid
by the said Feoffee or Feoffees into the Bank of England as aforesaid
as the Purchase Money
