Emancipate Preface

At the hands of the people of the foreign dependency, with
much stronger and more reasonable assuarance may endeavour
toward the dissolution of this mutually disastrous convention I
looked for them at the limit of the rational⧼toolbar-peri-questionable⧽ many in the colony
country.
