B. If on examination any justifications shall be found
applying peculiarly to this case, add them here.

4th June 1824. Add under the head of this offence all the justifications that apply to it, and refer to
this head for all justifications apply-
ing to the several offences affecting
person.

(b.)(unlawful benefit) Examples. 1. Carrying on of
some unwholesome or annoying trade or other occu
pation. For the list of the several trades and occu
pations liable, according to circumstances, to become
unwholesome or annoying, and as such prohi-
bited or regulated, as well as for the several sets of
circumstances by which they are respectively in
vested with that character, and as such subjected
to prohibition, contraint or reduction, see the several Particu
lar Codes denominated from the several descriptions
of persons by whom those trades or occupations are
respectively carried on. The collection of these seve
ral Codes will form a sort of Appendix to the Ge
neral Penal Code
(c.)(physical force) as if the wrongee be held fast
by the wrongee, or an accomplice of his, while the wrongee
is subjected to the species of corporal vexation pro
-duced or intended.

of which corporal vexation in the shape intended is by
him (the wrongee) unexpected by but by the wronger the
intended and expected consequences.
