Fothill Fields Inclosure Bill

8.18. Expences how defrayed. And be it further Enacted and Declared
that the Expences of the said Commissioners or Arbitrators and the
Expence of taking Surveys and making Roads Drains and Fences
in and upon the said Lot C and all other expences relative to the said Lot C and all other expences relative to the said Lot C</add> (except the Expences of building and

as hereinbefore mentioned) shall be defrayed out of the Money to be paid
by the said Feoffee or Feoffees into the Bank of England as aforesaid
as the Purchase Money for the said Lot A and that such Part of
the same Money as by the said Feoffee or Feoffees shall be deemed
necessary and sufficient for the said purpose shall be set apart and
reserved in the said Bank for that purpose before any part thereof
shall be placed out in Government Securities in manner hereinbefore
mentioned and that the said Commissioners or Arbitrators present
at any such meeting as aforesaid, shall from time to time by
order upon the said Bank of England countersigned by the said
