Think of the task that man has to perform
whose endeavour it is to expose the falshood of those pretences
on the ground of which, for the more effectual preservation
it is said of "English institutions (a) English liberties
have been destroyed. A vague An absurd design is professed to
be imparted so palpably absurd that the fact of its
being really supposed to be entertained is impossible. This
impossibility is therefore made taken as the a manifestation has
been made What is the consequence? That the charge is
