to the Poor Persons and Families at present using and occupying the same &#x2014;<lb/>
Be it Enacted that as soon as a proper spot for that purpose<lb/>
shall have been allotted to the said Commissioners or Arbitrators as<lb/>
hereinbefore mentioned the said Feoffee or Feoffees shall at their own<lb/>
proper Costs and Charges erect or cause to be erected a fit and Decent<lb/>
Building or Pile of Buildings for the Reception of the said Poor<lb/>
Occupiers taking care that the several Lodgings or Tenements provided<lb/>
therein for the Reception of the said several Poor Occupiers shall<lb/>
respectively be at least equally as ample and at least equally as well<lb/>
separated from each other as the several present Lodgings of the same<lb/>
occupiers in the said existing Poor House And there shall be annexed<lb/>
to the several Lodgings or Tenements so to be erected outhouses not<lb/>
inferior in value and Portions of Ground not inferior in Dimensions<lb/>
to the Outhouses and Portions of Ground at present occupied and<lb/>
enjoyed with the several Lodgings or Tenements contained in the<lb/>
said existing Poor House and that when such intended Building<lb/>
or Pile of Buildings shall have been erected the right of assigning<lb/>
to the said several Poor Persons and Families their several Lodgings<lb/>
or Tenements with their said Appurtenances therein and the<lb/>
Regulation of the same Lodgings and Tenements and the Right<lb/>
of removal of such Poor Families and choosing others shall (subject<lb/>
and wuthout prejudice to the Interest if any of the respective<lb/>
