by proprietors of such grounds as are capable of being<lb/>
purchased under the powers of the said Act, it may<lb/>
please Your Lordships to cause, with all convenient<lb/>
speed, an advertisement to be inserted in the public<lb/>

hereunto annexed, or of such other tenor as it may<lb/>
please Your Lordships to approve or to punish<lb/>
