Warrant for Caption & Conveyance after Emancipation revoked.
Warrant in favour of F. G. in the capacity of Friendly Guardian under the
General Panopticon Penitentiary Act 34. Geo: 3. ch. § VIII. for the Caption
& Conveyance of A. W. his Ward to the Metasylum, after Emancipation
of the said A. W. and Revocation thereof. 1

Be it remembered that on this day before me A. J. one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace in and for the aforesaid, cometh F. G. of [Abode particularly described]
[Occupation] and upon his Oath saith —

Complainant's appearance

1. That on the day of [Month Year] the Wardship of one A W quondam Penitentiary
Man was under the Act aforesaid § VIII. by the Governor of the General Panopticon Penitentiary House assigned to this Complainant for one year from the day aforesaid:
[as by one part of the Deed of assignment in that behalf made, and by him the said F. G.
now exhibited to me doth appear]

1. Assignment of Wardship—

2. That under the authority given by the said Act § VIII Art. on the day of [Month]
[Year] the power given to the Complainant over his said Ward was by an Emancipatory Release
[or License] dated the day of [Month Year] in part remitted — [as by one part of &c

2. Emancipation—

3. That in pursuance of the authority also given by the said Act a Revocation of the said Release
[or License] was on the day of [Month Year] executed by the Complainant, and on the
day of [Month Year] confirmed by the said Governor — [as by &c

4. That a Notice of Recall in consequence of and annexed to such Revocation was as this
Complainant verily believes on the day of [Month Year] signed by the said Governor, requiring
the said A. W. within [] after sight of the said notice to present himself at
the said Metasylum in [] there to do what should be required of him in virtue of

5. That an earlier day than that appointed as aforesaid by the said Governor was in pursuance
of the authority of the said Act appointed by the said F. G. viz the th day
inclusive after his receipt of such notice — [as by &c
