Treble Costs
General Issue
Limitation of

Action

And be it further enacted that the several
clauses provisions clauses in the said Act for the getting touching the allowance of
treble Costs and allowing the pleading of the general Issue
to be pleaded and the limitation of the time
within within which Action must commence in the case of actions may be brought for
things done in the pursuance of the said Act
shall extend to actions for things done in
pursuance of the present Act.

pleading of the General Issue, and the allowance
of treble Costs, in the case of actions

Act.
