How is this to be done if
the Money is to be

discretion of the parties to be appointed as hereinafter ment.d Vestry or other authority entrusted with the management
of the concerns of the poor in the said Parish or Place in the Purchase
of Government securities — And in either case in the names of two —"—
persons, to be nominated. The one by ffeoffee or ffeoffees to be appointed
in pursuance of the said Act. The other by the Parson of the Parish or
other Minister or other person standing in the place of the Parson of the —"—
Parish in respect of the management of the concerns of the Poor in the —"—
Instance of any such parish like place And be it further —"—
Enacted that when any such Land as aforesaid (Whether the same
be Land in separate Ownership or Land in the state of Waste and subject to rights of Common
Land) shall have been fixed upon as aforesaid in case the price for the same cannot be fixed by Agreement
in Manner before ment.d It shall thereupon be
lawful to and for such ffeoffee or ffeoffees as aforesaid to be appointed in pursuance of the Rent to pay into the Bank
