to 1795 both inclusive, by Mr John Lloyd
now of Brewers Green near James Street Westminster
Master Millwright, then Foreman of the work, carried
on at the expence and at the Dwelling House (with the appurtenances) of Jeremy Bentham of Queens Square
Place Westminster Esqr under the direction of his Brother
Samuel Bentham of the same Esqr, for the making of
