sudden dispossession</note>
<p>Art. 14. And Whereas justice requires that adequate<lb/>
compensation be made to the actual occupants for all such<lb/>
damage as may accrue, not only from the accelerated<lb/>
cessation of their respective interests but from the sudden<lb/>
obligation of removing their stock from any part of the<lb/>
premises of which for the purposes of this Act it may<lb/>
have been deemed necessary to make immediate use<lb/>
Be it enacted that if within one month after entry<lb/>
made into any such parcel such compensation as aforesaid<lb/>
be not made the same shall be assessed by<lb/>
a Jury to be impanelled at the costs of the said intended<lb/>
purchase in manner as abovementioned,<hi rend="superscript">++</hi> provided<lb/>

that within three months after the expiration of the<lb/>
said one month application be made as aforesaid by<lb/>
any party interested: to the amount of which compensation<lb/>
money when found shall be added interest at the<lb/>
rate of 5 per Cent from the day of entry to the day<lb/>
when the principal of such compensation money shall<lb/>
have been paid: and if, within one Calendar month<lb/>
after the finding of such Verdict, payment of such principal and interest be not made, execution may be<lb/>
awarded by any Judge as aforesaid <hi rend="superscript">11</hi> in like manner<lb/>
