4 Wrongful Collection of Fathership is where, with relation
to a certain person considered in the character of a father Son (or in
that of a Mother Daughter) another person, (viz the delinquent) without
legal title but under the notion or the pretence of
his having such title, takes upon him to act in the
character of a father + + Omitt this, or insert it under the first of these offences? If inserted shall it be in Leator exercising in a greater or less
proportion in relation to such his supposed for the
powers attached to that condition by law, or has caused,
or contributed to cause himself to be, by law,
or in effect regarded and dealt with as being in rightful
possession of such Fathership
