3. Answer to the Query "whether he has received any

In the Treasury Letter dated 4th May 1798 and
signed Charles Long which Letter is printed in p.
65 of the said 28th Report being the page immediately
preceding that which gives the commencement of the
Draft spoken of in the former part of this Query, it

direct me to acquaint you, that
