The reasons that determined me to make this application
being no other than as above stated, if it
should not be the pleasure of the Board to accede to it,
I can and shall go on notwithstanding, at the hazard of the abovementioned
inconvenience. To avoid giving unnecessary
trouble I shall wait till tomorrow sennight, on which
day, if I receive no communication from the Board at
this place, I shall proceed to conclude it to be the pleasure of the Board that I should finish my paper
of Answers, as well as I am able under the that difficulty
in question I shall find practicable, and in the course of a few
days thereafter I make no doubt of transmitting it.
