"have accordingly fixed upon a certain piece or parcel of ground for the purposes<lb/> | |||

South by the River Thames to the West by the Wharf called the Thames<lb/> | |||
Bank Wharf in the tenure or occupation of John White Carpenter together<lb/> | |||
