3. Damage by loss of his such profits as might reasonably
have been expected from the fulfilment of the Contract
itself, including such profits as might reasonably
have been expected from the adaptation of the said conventions
to the purpose of the said Contract. For this branch
of the claim in addition to those just reached, the following
words will, it is presumed, be considered as constituting
a sufficient ground (for a continued) "And whereas + it +
