5. Wrongful non-Collation of Guardianship is where,
with relation to a certain person, considered in the character of a Ward,
a certain person (the delinquent) by some wrongful
act, positive or negative, caused or contributed
and or endeavoured to cause, a certain other person
who, with relation to such supposed Ward is not
in rightful possession of the condition of a
Guardian, to to be,
by law, or in effect, regarded and dealt with as being
in rightful possession of such Guardianship.
