Review of Humphreys.

H's Preliminary Enactment 1 of H's preliminary enactments. Necessity of another he will see.

J.B's speciment, if any, is not given as perfected.

2. Per Art 1. Abolition absolute: exceptions none. 2. Immediate witness "henceforth". 3. By Art 2. and 3. COmmissioners for producing the effects produced already by Art. 1 Now, not till after returns made by them and time for consideration is the King to six the times from which the abolition shall have place. 4. J.B.'s mode of warding. By an all-comprehensive designation, subject matter of abolition designated. Of exceptions, if any, notice at commencement of the general rule. 5. By H.the description of it varies four time in the four first articles 6. Incidents confusion by abolishing them first in the conjunction with the principal then separately.

Preliminary Enactment.

7 Art 11 mentions privileges. To which of the subject matters of abolition is this an incident? 8. Incidents of H. has from Blackstone J.B. would have given 1. LIst of the several 2. Under each, list of it's indidents: distinguishing those abolished, and those, if any, preserved. 9. Art 4. By "provided" (the customary word,) exception is made. Certain copyholds shall not be operated upon by the preceding enactment. But there are three. 100 Art 4. Tenement for the first times If any where needed before. This the second in the scale of extensiveness. DAvids Tenements and thereditaments. For mention of here ditaments, demand equal: what a copyhold on Tenement gives to Land, gives hereditaments yet of hereditament no mention made. 11 Art. 4 While such tenures subsist - Quere meaning and uses
