Art.1. Attached to every Judicatory are are classes of
Assessors, obligatorily serving and spontaneously serving:
the individuals ever-changing:obligatorily serving, the
Quasi-Jury: spontaneously-serving: thea Casual Audience
Book are ind as stiled Visitors. the quasi Jury, a section attendant members
of the Constitutive authority; the Visitors Casual Audience, Members
