Art. 9. The penalty of a such Friendly Guardians
Bond may be from £50 to £100 at the discretion
of the Governor to any amount from £50 to
£100 inclusive: and among the conditions thereof
may be 1. the or engagements thereof may be the
taking appearing in due time to take the Ward in
charge: 2. the making sufficient provision for bearing
the burthen of his maintenance: 3. the paying full indemnification
money for any to the extent of such
penalty for any post-liberation felonies of which he
may be found convicted of having committed during
the time: 4. the renewal of the Bond year after
year or surrender of the body: 5. the keeping up the
for annual payment of the Ward's Regarder Superannuation Annuity
purchase moneys: 6. the giving copies of any
Deec of Emancipation executed in his favour: 7. the giving
notice of every change in his said Guardian's
abode: 8. the giving like notice of any every change
of abode on the part of the Ward: 9. the giving
advice timely advice in the event of his Death and Burial: as also eventually
of any disappear his supposed death where
for want of burial the same ca or otherwise the
same can not be proved: — of which said undertaking,
the particulars may be as expressed in the
