[E.10.] Warrant for Capture and Conveyance after Emancipation revoked.

Warrant in favour of F.G. in the capacity of Friendly
Guardian under the General Panopticon Penitentiary
Act 34 Geo: 3. Ch. §.VIII, for the Capture and
Conveyance of A.W. quondam his Ward to the Metasylum,
after Emancipation of the said A.W. and Revocation thereof.
[County to wit] [Place specifying the House] this day of [Month Year]
F.G. of [Abode particularly described] [Occuption] and upon his Oath saith —

1. That on this day of [Month Year] the Wardship of one A.W. quondam
Penitentiary-Man was under the Statute of 34 Geo: 3. Act aforesaid
Ch. §.VIII, duly by the Governor of the General Panopticon
Penitentiary-House duly assigned to this
Complainant for one Year from the day aforesaid, [as by one part of the Deed of Assignment
thereof in that behalf made, and by the him the said F.G. now
exhibited to me doth appear —]

2. That under the authority given by the said Act §VIII Art. on this this day
of [Month Year] the power given to me the Complainant
over his said Ward was by an Emancipatory
Release [or License] dated the day of [Month
Year] in part remitted – [as by one part of &c

3. That under in pursuance of the authority also given by the said
