the said A.W. as the said A.F.G. verily believes hath not yet set out on such journey,
to his journey as aforesaid but is gone to [or
shall remains at] []

Or instead of paragraph 5,6 & 7 may be inserted
as follows

5. That the said F.G. apprehends and verily is apprehensive
believes that if such notice as aforesaid were
in the ordinary way served upon the said A.W.,
leaving it to him to repair him free to betake himself to the said Metasylum
by the time appointed according or not, under his own as he
care should be advised he the said A.W. would instead of
complying with the said notice, secrete himself
and remain at large.

6. As Therefore That the said Complainant beseecheth me that is desirous and so
beseecheth me prayeth accordingly that
I would issue in his favour in pursuance of
the authority given me in that behalf by the said
Statute § Sect. VIII, Article issuance Xix I would, in favour
of him the said A F.G. Complainant, issue a Warrant of
Recaption Capture and Conveyance authorising him to convey or cause
to be conveyed to the Metasylum aforesaid the
Body of him the said A.W. there to be dealt
with according to the Laws the Act aforesaid: as also a
Warrant of Assistance directed to all Ministers
and Officers of our Lord the King at every place
through which in his the way to the said Metasylum
there
