Measure of
Damages in
such case

Art. 15 In the assessment of such compensation, the
damage considered shall be in the case of a Lease
for years, (if any such there be) the value of such
Lease: in the case of a tenancy at Will, the damage
sustained by the loss of the portion of time
included between the day of entry made as aforesaid,
and the day on which in consequence the case of
warning given an action of Ejectment might
be commenced in the ordinary course of Law: deducting
in both cases the value of the Rent from of
the payment of which the occupant will by such
entry have been exonerated.
