2. And Whereas under by according to the direction of the Statute aforesaid it
is directed that the Magistrate deputed for the purpose of taking such Examination
therein be deputed from the Court of
General Se is required to be of the number of those who live abod
the nearest to the abode or supposed abode of the said intended
Examinant, if any by whom such business can
with equal fitness and convenience be performed.

We therefore, understanding you the said A.J.
to come within the description aforesaid, do accordingly
hereby depute you and in his Majesty's
name require you to take the Examionaton as follows, viz:

1. To take the Examination of the said A.W. accordingly,
of the said A.W. and of any other persons
within this one County being or residing whose
evidence may appear likely to be material to the
matter herewith given you in charge

2. Is also In such cases the taking of every such Examination
to have regard to the Instructions aforesaid
so far forth as the same may be proper and by
here according to law fit to be observed.

3. Of every such Examination or Examinations when taken
to transmitt to the said Overseers an original, or else
a true copy by you attested as a true one:

4. Permitting every such Examinant to take for his
part a true copy by you in like manner attested is
or the true one, if he shall be so minded. And
