2. That now on this present day he is discharged therefrom —

his behaviour has been such that now upon his
discharge I ca know no reason for refusing to give why
as much credit should not be given to his testimony as well in Court of
Justice as as to that of any of his Majesty's
good and unoffending subjects, of like condition and
