Bring home my husband &c.

I turn the spindle, – as the spindle turns let my sincere passion
turn him – let him have no rest, till he comes here –
let this distract torment him by day & by night in dreams
Bring home &c. &c.

This head-dress I tye with a three fold knot, and tie my
hair in tresses. So let him feel his thoughts tied, & I
will not untie them till he is reformed and abandons
his vicious counts.
Bring home &c.

In this vessel is a bat enclosed alive – put it on the
fire & as he roasts in the pot on both sides, – let his
heart be so tormented – I would add to it the fear of
hell if I could.
Bring home &c.

These herbs, with them by which my old neighbor turned was turned into a toad
And rode from the window on a fiery pole thro' the air
Burn them, – burn all – If he outlast resist one – If they seemed he cannot
not resist – all will fail to bring him back
Bring home &c.
