would encrease preparation,
and expence
of preparation, for surmounting
it: it would
encrease with the number
of discontended provinces;
and the number
of discontented in each,
so in case of revolt, or disobediences. obedience If not on their own
account, Creoles have claim to regard
from Spanish subject many on their
account: the stronger the suffering the stronger the .

With every arrangement
by which benefit were supposed
afforded to Spain
at the charge of Creolia,
repugnance, discontent,
disobedience, revolt would
encrease.
