<p>&sect;.2. <hi rend="underline">Remedies Supposition:  what and how applicable</hi>.</p>


<p>Art. 1.  Whatsoever <add>Enactive</add> remedies are applicable<lb/>
for preventing the consummation and thence for preventing the commencement<lb/>
of any offence <add><gap/></add> susceptible of continuance the same<lb/>
may be applied for preventing the continuance of an offence<lb/>
of the same name and description after commencement has<lb/>
been given to it.</p>
<p>Art.  To this same<del>reaso</del> supposition<lb/>
remedies applicable as they are to all cases – to <del>a</del> offences of every<lb/>
description will be added others correspondent to the different natures<lb/>
of the several customable offences:  made of supposition<lb/>
which will <del>be</del> in <unclear>point</unclear> be different from and <unclear>be</unclear> to be <unclear>supra-added</unclear>
to all such operations as may be necessary in the <add>called for by  the <unclear>duty</unclear> of</add><lb/>
score of satisfaction and punishment.</p>

of delinquency see &sect;.1 Offences collectively &sect;2&sect;2 Offences classed a <gap/>

§.2. Remedies Supposition: what and how applicable.

Art. 1. Whatsoever Enactive remedies are applicable
for preventing the consummation and thence for preventing the commencement
of any offence susceptible of continuance the same
may be applied for preventing the continuance of an offence
of the same name and description after commencement has
been given to it.
