answer what may be found due from them,
and the settlement of a scheme for the re-
gulation of the several charities. the
decree is in preparation.

Lady Parkyns is to pay into court £.34.4.
for six years arrears of rent-charges due from her, which she has undertaken shall be regularly
paid in future; she is also to pay £.18. a proportion of costs. An inquiry is directed as to the
particulars of the charity property; and an account of Lord Rancliffe's receipts and payments
since Michaelmas 1828; the master to settle a scheme for the application and regulation of the
charity funds; to appoint trustees, and settle a conveyance to them ; and to tax the Attorney-
General's costs, the amount of which beyond the £.18. is to be paid out of the £.34.4.
