§ 7.

Art 1. Robbery is where, by intimidation
conveying or endeavouring to convey the expectation
of death or other bodily harm in case of
non compliance, a person the robber obtains, by consent
of the robbee or by physical force the possession of some moveable
thing, with intent to convert the same to
his own use (for a time or forever) & with the intention
of not being amenable to law.
