the subject of so many kinds of Forfeiture:  Forfeiture of legal capacity<lb/>
and Forfeiture of the protection of the Law:  Forfeiture of<lb/>
legal capacity with respect to any possession taking away from<lb/>
a man, whatever chance he might have of acquiring it:  Forfeiture<lb/>
of protection subjecting him to a particular chance of<lb/>
losing it.</p>

<p>(a)  Forfeiture of protection may be considered also in another point of<lb/>
view, as being the forfeiture of the services of such ministers of Justice whose Office<lb/>
