Stating the damage which the<lb/>

by the pecuniary advances<lb/>
to the amount of £6,000 and upwards<lb/>
(since then doubled) without<lb/>
having received any part<lb/>
of the £20,000 upon the assurance<lb/>
of which they were partly<lb/>
made, partly transferred from another<lb/>
object:  viz:  a manufactory<lb/>
of unexampled extent and promise<lb/>
which thereby has been destroyed.</p>
