1826. Decr 12.
J. B. v. Sugden.
2.

That in this Tract it is in the power
of the Legislature Legislative providence to do every thing desirable,
would be too much to assert. But the inability
to do every thing, common as it is, is a reason that
a man ought to be ashamed of, against the doing
whatsoever can be done. And here too comes
in the abovementioned encouragement, that so
long as the Justices designated by the words null,
nullity, nullifications, utterly void, null and
void, are avoided, to whatsoever bulk the provision swells, the greater the bulk, the greater
the good done, and no harm whatsoever can
be done. This case is exactly that of a Dictionary,
the case in which the proverb "store is no sore"
is more especially verified. What and how? Because
whereas, in an ordinary work, to draw the
utmost use from it you must read it through,
in this case, on each occasion, the only part
you have to do with, is some comparatively
minute part which the alphabet will conduct
you to in less than a minute of time. So
much for forms. Now for that operation wh
in honest language is interpretation; in law
language construction

Go on to construction
and definition
that
lease release
wd be valid,
new form shall
be declared valid.
