referred to in III. Blackstone p.104.</p>
<p><hi rend="underline">"And whensoever from henceforth it shall fortune in<lb/>
the chancery, that in one case a Write is found, and in like<lb/>
case falling under like Law, and requiring like remedy, is</hi><lb/>
found none, the Clerks of the Chancery shall agree in <hi rend="underline">making<lb/>
the Writ</hi>;  or the Plaintiffs may adjourn it until the next<lb/>
Parliament<lb/>
and let the Cases be written in which they cannot<lb/>
agree, <hi rend="underline">and let them refer themselves until the next<lb/>
Parliament</hi>, by consent of Men learned in the Law, a Writ<lb/> shall be made lest it might happen after that, the Court<lb/>
should long time fail to minister justice unto complainants".</p>
