§. Secret Minutes brought to light – Grounds of
relinquishment.
Your Lordship has sent Mr Long's Billet Epistle
doux to me of the 24th M of March 1802: – the donatio mortis
causâ – the cygnea cantio – which he complimented me with, upon the occasion at his exit
of his going out of office when bidding adieu to his out of office:
