<p>Art. At each point of time, by every ordinance<lb/>
issued from the Legislature, one or other of<lb/>

upon the Pannomion in its then existing<lb/>
state.</p>
<p>Case 1. <hi rend="underline">Abrogation.</hi> To the portion of matter<lb/>
in question, reference will here be made by indication<lb/>
of the place it occupies in the <hi rend="underline">Pannomion</hi>:<lb/>
the place, as designated by the numbers respectively<lb/>
applicable to the Code, the Chapter, the Section and<lb/>
the article. <add>&#64;</add> Added for better security against errors<lb/>
of pen or press, <sic>she two</sic> first words and the two<lb/>
last words of the mass of matter  intended so be abrogated.</p>
<p>Case 2. <hi rend="underline">Simple addition.</hi> Made of reference,<lb/>
indication given of the Chapter and section into<lb/>

immediately after which the new article<lb/>
is to be considered as inserted.</p>

Instructional.

Art. At each point of time, by every ordinance
